Series 3: From Pattern to Presence - 5. Not Seen the Same Way

At this point, something has already become clear.

Recognition has taken place.

But not in the same way for everyone.

🔑 Perception 

The 2 women...

Hagar: 

→ earthly house

→ brick and mortar

Spoken of here... 

"They had brick for stone, and they had tar for mortar... And they said, “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name.” (Genesis 11:3-4) 

The Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands... “You men—stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears—are always resisting the Holy Spirit." (Acts 7:48, 51)

Jerusalem Above:

→ spiritual house

→ flesh and bone

"You also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood." (1 Peter 2:5)

When what is seen and understood

 → differs

🔥Reliance

→ Earthly house: Hagar

→ Spiritual house: Jerusalem Above

Not the same...

🔹 The Pattern Has Always Included This

From the beginning—

Not everyone sees the same thing at the same time.

Something is revealed.

And yet—

only some recognize it.

🔹 It Is Not About Visibility

Because the moment is there.

The presence is real.

Nothing is missing.

And yet…

🔥 Recognition differs

🔹 This Has Always Been True

In every part of the pattern:

• something is opened
• something is revealed

But recognition does not move uniformly.

Some see a moment.

Others see meaning.

🔹 The Difference Is Not the Event

The event is the same.

The presence is the same.

But what is seen—

is not the same.

🔹 From Seeing to Understanding

Before, recognition meant:

• noticing
• observing
• reacting

Now—

it becomes something deeper.

🔑 understanding

Not just:

“What is happening?”

But:

“What is this, truly?”

🔹 And This Creates a Divide

Not a division of people—

but a difference in perception.

Some remain at:

• surface
• appearance
• sign

Others move into:

• meaning
• identity
• reality

🔥 The same presence… different recognition

🔹 This Is Why the Pattern Continues

Because recognition is not the final step.

It deepens.

And as it deepens—

it separates:

• what is seen

from

• what is understood

It is not about who is present.

It is not about what is shown.

🔑 It is about what is seen within it

And that is where the pattern moves next.
