What is False Religion?

What does it mean to be BIAS?

Bias - noun; Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.
synonyms:
prejudice · partiality · partisanship · favoritism · unfairness · one-sidedness

Bias can be applied to many instances... religion is definitely one of them. Example: regardless if someone is baptized or not, why wouldn't you give them a blood card? Why does one have to be baptized to get one? They believe the same as you do, are they not important enough? Who made that a rule...Is Jehovah partial? (Leviticus 19:15; Acts 10:34, 35; Ephesians 6:9)

When one is bias they can't see clearly. The only bias anyone should ever have is toward Jehovah God and Christ Jesus. Please learn the scriptures for yourself and stop making it about the church or organization. It's okay to congregate and encourage one another, you should, but don't be foolish. The Holy Scriptures speak to all of us, it's up to you to put in the work and find that message. If you're relying on "mans" understanding of it, you're not relying on Jehovah and Jesus Christ.

I love everyone, it doesn't matter who you are or what you believe in. If you are willing to study the Bible, I am always ready and willing to teach you how. Always rely on Jehovah to guide you.

"From infancy you have known the holy writings."

When you learn how to read and write in Portuguese using the Holy Scriptures, it's a beautiful thing. (Matthew15:13, 14)

Love Jehovah your God and obey what Jesus Christ taught you. (Matthew 22:37-39)

I made this for one of my students. She was mom-in-law from a previous marriage. She always knew about Jehovah, having a brother who is a JW. She told me how she prayed to Jehovah for help and 2 weeks later, her and I reconnected. She feels Jehovah has definitely blessed her and I agree, we were both blessed. We've been studying the Bible ever since.

JEHOVAH is MY EVERYTHING.

Harassment or injury that is deliberately inflicted on persons because of social status, racial origin, or religious faith and beliefs, the purpose in the latter instance being to stamp out such beliefs and prevent their spread among new converts. The Hebrew verb ra·dhaphʹ and the Greek di·oʹko, which mean “persecute,” can also be rendered “pursue, chase.”—Ex 15:9; De 1:44; Ro 14:19; Lu 17:23.

Whatever happens has already happened, and what is to come has already been; but the true God seeks what has been pursued.

Some bonds can't be broken.
One thing we have in common is our LOVE for Jehovah.

What is False Religion?
How many have left or stopped believing because of false teachings or persecution?

Excerpt...
"A religion is false if it does not teach the truth from the Bible. (2 Corinthians 11:13-15) False religion is like false money—it may look like the real thing, but it is worthless. It can cause you much trouble."

Butterflies and flowers can make a heart sing.

Do you honestly teach everything based off the Bible?

"Expose them for what they are."
Do you persecute those who do?

The hour is fast approaching.

I'll be using the following...it's (chapter 15) out of the Bible Teach book, it's an example of what many are teaching, but are ignoring for themselves. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH...

JEHOVAH is watching

Chapter 15

paragraphs...
Our worship should be based on the Bible.
True worship is based only on God’s Word, the Bible. It is not based on human ideas, traditions, or anything else.
7 Everything Jesus taught was based on God’s Word. (Read John 17:17.) He often quoted the Scriptures. (Matthew 4:4, 7, 10True servants of God follow Jesus’ example and base everything they teach on the Bible.

Are you worshipping only Jehovah when you ignore his word, and follow mans word instead?

"In later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired statements."

Is it not misleading "false" to teach something that is not backed by Bible scripture?

Execution of Divine Judgment upon False Religion
Excerpt...
3. (a) Why is it not wrong to expose a false religion?
To make a public exposure of false religion is certainly of more value than exposing a news report as being untrue; it is a public service instead of a religious persecution and it has to do with the eternal life and happiness of the public. Still it leaves the public free to choose.

Aren't false teachings, a part of false religion?

"They will turn away from listening to the truth"

Are you a part of false religion?

More butterflies, one can never have enough.

Do you silence people who worship God over man?

"Unclean person or greedy person, which means being an idolater."

paragraphs...
We should worship only Jehovah.
We need to have genuine love for people.

Do you have Genuine love?
Without love, you have nothing. (1 Corinthians 13:2; 1 Timothy 1:5)

Is it genuine when you yell at them and talk down to them and almost make them cry?
 Hypocrite (Matthew 23:3; 24:48-51

There's a heart tucked away in there. Love...what better gift to give.

paragraph...
10 We use our time, energy, and material things to help and encourage one another. (Hebrews 10:24, 25) We “work what is good toward all.”—Galatians 6:10.

Is it encouraging to hear "because you will only teach Bible scripture and won't teach (a false statement) what is written in the Watchtower, you are no longer considered an unbaptized publisher"?

Is it encouraging to allow someone to continuously put their hand up during meetings, purposely not calling on them and ignoring them, never telling them your intention, until they ask you about it?

Is it encouraging to be told you are not allowed to ask questions?

Is it encouraging to be told you are no longer allowed to be given a "study"?

Is it encouraging to delete them as a friend and tell others (gossip) to do the same?

Is it encouraging to complain about the time you spent listening to them?

Is it not against scripture to tell someone they are not to dig deep into the Bible and only listen to the Governing Body because they put out the spiritual food? (Acts 5:29; Ephesians 5:6)

Is that what the Bible says?

Just how well do you know the Bible?

If you keep saying the "Faithful and Discreet Slave said" instead of "Jehovah God's Word...the Bible" said... is that not your god? (Isaiah 63:10) That is false worship.

Why do you silence someone?

What are you afraid of... the truth?

Do you "truthfully" work at what is good toward ALL?

"Those who are first, will be last."

paragraph...
14 After studying these points, ask yourself: ‘Who base their teachings on the Bible? Who tell others about God’s name? Who show genuine love toward one another and believe that God sent Jesus to save us? Who do not get involved in politics? Who preach that only God’s Kingdom can solve our problems?’ It is only Jehovah’s Witnesses.—Isaiah 43:10-12.

The above statement is FALSE.

Here's the truthful answer to all 5 questions... I know many JW's who will attest to this. They are just sitting quietly and waiting on Jehovah. (Matthew 7:14)

1. All religions have false doctrines that they teach.

2. Their are many who believe in monotheism and tell others about God's name, they are called Unitarians, and most call Him Yahweh...that is God's name.

3.Their are many beautiful people in ALL religions that show love and believe God sent Jesus to save us, and their are many people in ALL religions that do not show love.

4. You may not vote, but can you "honestly" say that secretly you don't favor a side when it comes to politics or that you don't watch politics? Then you're involved.

5. Many people teach about God's Kingdom, like you, with many varying beliefs.

HOPE is for ALL who listen and follow Jehovah God's word...the Holy Scriptures.

paragraphs...
16 For God to accept our worship, we must reject false religion.
17 What is false religion? It is any religion that teaches us to worship God in a way that is against his Word. The Bible calls all false religion “Babylon the Great.”

What do you think would be considered a cause for stumbling?
Perhaps a false teaching?

Wouldn't that make ALL religion, false religion?

One can always enjoy "good" spiritual food anywhere, whether it's at a meeting or somewhere else. When you're not bias, you will see that the Governing Body is not the "Faithful and Discreet Slave" and that you are following them blindly. If you are preaching false teachings and persecuting those who don't, then you are practicing false religion. (Ephesians 4:17-19) Their are many within the JW organization that practice false religion and don't even know that, that is what they are doing. (Ecclesiastes 5:1

I will not be a part of false religion, I go directly to Jehovah and His word, the Bible. (Hebrews 4:12) I sift the good out of the bad. (1 Corinthians 15:33) I do not judge. (Matthew 7:3, 4I love all people, respect them and hope they will find their way. (Matthew 7:14) I will always, SOLELY rely on JEHOVAH GOD for the answers that I seek and teach others to do the same, never will I rely on man, nor should you. (Acts 5:29)

Why don't JW's baptize in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit?

I now know why Jehovah kept me from getting baptized, because He wanted it done the right way. (Acts 8:27-31, 35-38)

Where's the scripture that shows you must answer this question in order to get baptized?

#14 Do you believe that the Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses is “the faithful and discreet slave” appointed by Jesus?

Do I know Jehovah's mind?
Do you?

ONLY JEHOVAH KNOWS THOSE WHO TRULY BELONG TO HIM, (2 Timothy 2:19) no one should ever be forced to answer that question. Even worse, have it used as blackmail by saying to them "you need to accept it, where else are you going to get baptized? You, who I trust love Jehovah, Jesus Christ and the Bible." Meaning, how else are you going to get baptized, unless you bow down to the organization first. That will never happen, Jehovah has made sure of it.

Who REALLY is the Faithful and Discreet Slave?

If you want to keep believing it's the Governing Body, that is your choice...but please, do not take part of their false teachings or condemn those who don't. (Colossians 2:8; 2 Corinthians 6:14, 17; 1Corinthians 10:21

You should ONLY be going to Jehovah God...the Holy Scriptures and following the examples given to you by Jesus Christ.

Yehwahʹ Shamʹmah ~ He has called.

Jehovah knows those who belong to Him...

JEHOVAH-JIREH ~ Jehovah always provides.

Hear the word of Jehovah, you who tremble at his word:
“Your brothers who hate you and exclude you because of my name said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’
But He will appear and bring you joy,
And they are the ones who will be put to shame.”

Who are the workers of lawlessness?

And now you know what is acting as a restraint, so that he will be revealed in his own due time.  7 True, the mystery of this lawlessness is already at work, but only until the one who is right now acting as a restraint is out of the way.  8 Then, indeed, the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will do away with by the spirit of his mouth and bring to nothing by the manifestation of his presence.
9 But the lawless one’s presence is by the operation of Satan with every powerful work and lying signs and wonders.
10 and every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth in order that they might be saved.  11 That is why God lets a deluding influence mislead them so that they may come to believe the lie,  12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness.

Know the difference, it's up to you...study the Bible. (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1,2)

What does the seven women of Isaiah 4:1 represent?

7 Congregations...

(1) Ephesus (Revelation 2:1-7) - the congregation that had forsaken its first love (2:4).

(2) Smyrna (Revelation 2:8-11) - the congregation that would suffer persecution (2:10).

(3) Pergamum (Revelation 2:12-17) - the congregation that needed to repent (2:16).

(4) Thyatira (Revelation 2:18-29) - the congregation that had a false prophetess (2:20).

(5) Sardis (Revelation 3:1-6) - the congregation that had fallen asleep (3:2).

(6) Philadelphia (Revelation 3:7-13) - the congregation that had endured patiently (3:10).

(7) Laodicea (Revelation 3:14-22) - the congregation with the lukewarm faith (3:16).

We are all in this together, but it is up to you, the individual, to do the right thing. Pointing the finger at me or anyone else, is not going to do you any good. (1 Cor. 15:33; 5:9, 10; Col. 4:5, 6)

To ALL of the lost sheep in the world, please return to Jehovah, learn from the Bible, take in what is good and discard what is false, love ALL people and judge no one... the end is soon approaching. (Joel 2:28, 29: Daniel 12:4; Revelation 1:3)

For those whom don't know Jehovah... Draw close to Jehovah and He will draw close to You. (James 4:8)

Jehovah is my Father.

Narrow is the Gate...

With so many Christians in this world, why is the gate so narrow?

Matthew 7:13 ASV — Enter ye in by the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby.

UPDATE: This was a turning point for me. I knew JW.ORG was still riddled with many problems, I just didn't understand the extent of it. I still had to unlearn many false teachings. It took time, but Jehovah has taught me well. He allowed me to see the injustices, while still guiding me to the light properly, in a progressive manner. (Proverbs 4:18) I was taught by Jesus Christ to love anyway, no matter how much they continue to persecute you. (Matthew 5:44
I was SILENCED by the Jehovah's Witnesses for asking questions about some teachings they had and for claiming to be anointed by God.

I am so grateful to Jehovah.

I would like to start this post by sharing with you this fun, interactive card.
This was made for a childhood friend. She wanted to give a special card to a sister that was recently baptized.

1 Corinthians 16:9 ASV — for a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

I layered the card with a vellum sheet, it is meant to be lifted up, so the message can be written.

She can write her message on the removable insert that was attached with washi tape.

The recipient can than remove the message sent to them, write a new message, and send it to another.
When they're ready to replace the insert, they will be surprised to see that it reveals another message.

This card is interactive and made with lots of love.
It is meant to pass forward to another.

I decorated a smaller envelope to include 6 inserts, 12 small pieces of washi tape and instructions. Once all inserts have been used, they can use the plain white envelope for the card and plastic clear sleeve that was included for the final mailing.

I want to clarify that the following information is in no way meant to offend anyone, it is meant out of love. It is my hope that as the end of this system of things approaches, that no one falls into the snare of the devil. It's just a reminder that Jehovah requires exclusive devotion to Him, not the organization that is run by imperfect men. We respect the positions appointed to each individual and must not put them on a pedestal. It's a reminder of what not to do.

What is idolatry?

1 Corinthians 10:7 ASV — Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Study Notes from NWT...
Neither become idolaters, as some of them did: Paul here refers to the occasion when the Israelites worshipped a golden calf at the foot of Mount Sinai. (Ex 32:1-6) They directly violated Jehovah’s command against that wicked practice, a law that they had agreed to obey just a few weeks earlier. (Ex 20:4-6; 24:3) They apparently did not intend to reject Jehovah as their God; Aaron even called their idolatrous celebration “a festival to Jehovah.” However, the Israelites fell into the trap of trying to mix the worship of Jehovah with idolatry.

Excerpt...
An idol is an image, a representation of anything, or a symbol that is an object of passionate devotion, whether material or imagined. Generally speaking, idolatry is the veneration, love, worship, or adoration of an idol. It is usually practiced toward a real or supposed higher power, whether such power is believed to have animate existence (as a human, an animal, or an organization) or is inanimate (as a force or lifeless object of nature).

To the Jehovah's Witnesses (JW)...

As JW, one needs to be careful not to become like the Israelites in the days of Moses. Ask yourself... are you proud to be a JW? or, are you proud to be a Witness for Jehovah?

What's the difference?

You need to check your pride, if your proud in a loving way, proud to be a Witness for Jehovah, that's great, you should be. He's our loving Father... our caring Creator. But, if you are putting emphasis on being baptized as a way that gives you status above those who are not? You are then putting pride on JW themselves, and not on Jehovah.

Please click your own link on...Pride

When you separate those who are dedicated from those who are baptized it creates division.

1 Corinthians 1:10 ASV — Now I beseech you, brethren, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

How so?

Because those who are truly dedicated to Jehovah are dedicated well before baptism. They don't use baptism as way to be dedicated. Baptism is a public display of your dedication.

So when it comes to dedication, what's the difference between an unbaptized publisher or a baptized publisher? Nothing. You should continue to be just as dedicated. The only privilege I want and need, I already have, and it's the best privilege of all...preaching for Jehovah.

Isaiah 43:10 ASV — Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

Ask yourself, what's more important to Jehovah? Your private dedication to him, way before baptism, or your baptism...the public display?

If you're one who puts emphasis on baptized JW, by putting JW on a pedestal...be it the governing body, circuit overseer, elders or yourself...then that's a problem. There's only one who is above all else, and that's Jehovah.

Trusting in Jehovah and Jesus Christ, is not trusting in "man." As witnesses for Jehovah, you know that the spiritual food put out by the JW organization must be backed by scripture, the organization is run by "man" by imperfect people, whether you believe they are anointed or not, they are still imperfect. Please do not put them up on a pedestal.

Let's respect all the positions appointed to each individual who are given holy spirit to serve Jehovah, male and female, regardless of who they are and what they do.

Be careful not to turn the organization or anyone in it, into an idol. Everything taught, must be taught through the Bible. If it's not explicit in the Bible, then you have the right to question it and it should not be held against you. If it can't be explained clearly, then one must keep digging until it can be made clear. (Hebrews 4:12; Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1, 2)

If you claim something to be a certain way, but can't show how it is, and it's still not made clear, then maybe you are the one who is misunderstanding. One of the worst things you can tell someone is "that you just know it to be true or that it's something you come to understand in time."

Why is it that one of the worst things you can do?

Ask one who has had, or still has the belief of the trinity? When you show them scripture that proves differently, many will tell you it's a belief and understanding that can't always be explained.

So I ask, what if something can be explained in one direction (Cornelius), but can't be explained through scripture in the other direction (you cannot be anointed before baptism), what would be more logical?

"Bearing Thorough Witness" About God's Kingdom
Excerpt...
CHAPTER 14
“We Have Come to a Unanimous Accord”
How the governing body reached a decision and the unifying effect it had on the congregations
Based on Acts 15:13-35

Acts 15:17 ASV — That the residue of men may seek after the Lord, And all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called,

I may not be a baptized Jehovah's Witness, but I am a Witness for Jehovah.

Romans 2:26 ASV — If therefore the uncircumcision keep the ordinances of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be reckoned for circumcision?

If you push the narrative that is in the least logical direction, yet, you can't prove it in scripture, is it okay to say "well it's something you come to understand in time" or that "Jesus set the pattern"?

Does that not start to fall in the same line as those who believe in the trinity?

To tell any individual they are wrong for feeling the way they do when it comes to Jehovah, is wrong, you don't have that right. Remember, only Jehovah knows the hearts, not you. (Proverbs 17:3; 1 Samuel 16:7)

Can anyone deny that I am a true Christian? That I love Jehovah and Jesus Christ?...and that I love them with all of my heart?

I have proudly dedicated myself to Jehovah and I will continue to be dedicated to Jehovah for the rest of my life.

If you truly believe in Jehovah, then as a reminder you should reread one of the most recent articles regarding this matter.

STUDY ARTICLE 4
“The Spirit Itself Bears Witness”
Excerpt...

8 Jehovah leaves no doubt whatsoever in the minds and hearts of those who receive his invitation to go to heaven. (Read 1 John 2:20, 27.) Of course, anointed Christians need to be taught by Jehovah through the congregation just like everyone else. But they do not need anyone to confirm that they are anointed. Jehovah has used the most powerful force in the universe, his holy spirit, to make it absolutely clear to them that they are anointed!

STUDY ARTICLE 5
We Will Go With You
Excerpt...

14 Jehovah decides when he will choose anointed ones. (Rom. 8:28-30) Jehovah began choosing anointed ones after Jesus was resurrected. It seems that in the first century, all true Christians were anointed. In the centuries that followed, most of those who claimed that they were Christians did not really follow Christ. Even so, during those years, Jehovah anointed the few who were true Christians. They were like the wheat that Jesus said would grow among the weeds. (Matt. 13:24-30) During the last days, Jehovah has continued to choose people who will be part of the 144,000. * So if God decides to choose some of these just before the end, surely we should not question his wisdom. (Read Romans 9:11, 16.) * We must be careful not to react like the workers whom Jesus described in one of his illustrations. They complained about the way their master treated those who started working in the last hour.—Matt. 20:8-15.

CHAPTER 97
Illustration of the Workers in the Vineyard

Do not become like the Israelites in the wilderness or the workers of the field.

“Keep doing all things free from murmurings.”—Philippians 2:14.

True Christians will follow the examples taught to us by Jesus, and then lead by them.

Matthew 22:37-39 ASV — And he said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second like unto it is this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

That means all peoples of the nations. That means you and me, any who have been disfellowshipped, who are inactive, those who know the truth, and those who do not. Do not judge, you don't have that right, we're all imperfect. Reflection.

TRUST IN JEHOVAH and Live!
Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding.”—PROV. 3:5.

I don't go to the meetings for the Jehovah's Witnesses, I go to the meetings for Jehovah.
